Trifecta wants to ensure our customers that, in this time of uncertainty, our production facility, warehouse and shipping departments remain open. We are also remaining vigilant as we navigate this situation. In addition to following guidelines established by the CDC, we are adding company-wide precautions like wearing gloves and cleaning high touch areas with CDC recommended supplies. All team members are required to wash their hands frequently and have been advised to stay home if they feel sick.
Given our reliance on shipping providers, we are naturally subject to delays or disruptions depending on government protocols. However, at the time of this posting, such disruptions are minimal. While the fluid nature of this situation may impact the customer experience in the future, we are proactively planning for every contingency to minimize disruptions to our customers.
